  1. Are there any requirements for SUP Yoga?

    There are a few requirements for SUP Yoga. You must be in good physical and mental health to participate and you MUST BE ABLE TO SWIM!! If you feel your child is mature enough to participate in a SUP Yoga class, we will take participants as young as 13 years old accompanied by a parent.

    Prior SUP and/or Yoga experience is NOT required!.

  2. What kind of clothing and equipment do I need for SUP Yoga?

    Some people wear yoga clothes, tank, and shorts, or warm weather wetsuit (shorty). It is a personal preference, the water is approximately 60 degrees.

    I recommend you bring a water bottle, sunscreen, sunglasses, towel, and a change of clothes (just in case).

  3. Will I get wet?

    When you paddle you may be splashed lightly with water. If you fall in….which is possible, but not necessarily going happen, you will get wet.

  4. Do you offer classes at any other times?

    Absolutely! Please contact me to schedule a Yoga class at a time that would work for you!!  I also offer private and semi-private instruction.

  5. What are your rates?

    For public group classes, please refer to the operating agency/studio. 

    Our hourly rate is $60 (total inclusive of service, fees, taxes, and gratuities) for up to 6 people for Yoga, Prenatal Yoga, Restorative Yoga, and Kid’s Yoga.

    Our rates for SUP Yoga are $30 per person, or a group of up to 6 people for $150 (total inclusive of service, fees, taxes, and gratuities).  There is a 2-student minimum.
